train hard and focus

Heading out to Marathon Key on Friday for some course specific training; for The Keys 50 mile race... Should be a lot of fun camping with my girlfriend/training partner. This is why I live in Florida!

Back to back long runs - 15 miles today on top of yesterdays 3 hour/20 mile run. Fierce headwinds today.

Great run today - 20.5 miles. This was my 2nd 20 miler this week. I feel good and hopefully tomorrows 2 hour run goes well and my legs stay fresh.

I must admit, I do enjoy a PBR now and then...
